- How accurate is Prediqta's valuation?
- The average error on Prediqta's validation set is 7.5%; on new-build Budapest apartments it drops to 3–4%. Every valuation ships with a confidence band that widens for atypical layouts and rural locations.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — the first 3 valuations every month are free for individual users. After that, you can buy credit packs starting at 2,990 HUF (Starter) up to 19,990 HUF (Bulk). Credits never expire.
- How does Prediqta differ from a traditional appraiser?
- Traditional appraisers produce a single number after an on-site visit. Prediqta produces an instant AI-derived market-evidence price with a confidence band, comparable transactions, and an audit-grade explanation. Banks still require a licensed appraiser for legal valuations — Prediqta complements that workflow.
- What data trains the model?
- Public listing-portal data, recorded transactions, KSH datasets, and district-level trend data. Combined with the attributes you enter (size, condition, year, floor, etc.) for the final estimate.
- Is there an API?
- Yes — a REST AVM API for portfolio valuation, mortgage collateral re-pricing, and bulk valuation. Volume-based pricing; contact sales for enterprise quotes.
- Is my data secure / GDPR-compliant?
- Yes — Prediqta is GDPR-compliant; data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Personal address inputs are anonymised within valuation logs after 30 days unless retained by an authenticated user.
- Can I white-label the valuation report?
- Yes — the agency tier supports white-labelling: agency logo, brand color, and contact footer on every generated PDF.
- Do credits expire?
- No — credits never expire.
- Can I get a refund?
- Unused credits are refundable within 14 days, as long as you haven't started a valuation with them.
- Which languages are supported?
- The product UI and reports are available in Hungarian and English. Translations are kept in sync across both languages.
- Which currencies can I pay in?
- Credit packs are billed in HUF for Hungarian customers and USD for NYC customers. Enterprise contracts can be billed in EUR on request.
- Does Prediqta work outside Budapest?
- Yes — the model is Hungary-wide. Accuracy is best in cities with high transaction volume; rural error widens to 10–12% but ships with a wider confidence band.
- How does Prediqta differ from ingatlan.com's estimator?
- Listing-portal estimators look only at listing prices. Prediqta is trained on actual transactions plus listing data, with per-district confidence intervals — a tighter, more defensible number.
- Can my whole team share a single account?
- Yes — agency and enterprise plans support team seats with shared credit pools and per-seat audit trails.
- How long does a valuation take?
- About 10 seconds for a single address. Bulk valuations from CSV typically complete within minutes.
